Today is Victory Day here in Kazakhstan. It's a major holiday, which gave us the day off and a long 3-day weekend. So we headed to the canyons of eastern Kazakhstan, about four hours outside of Almaty. This is Travis' Victory Day monument he made on a stop outside of the canyon.

Oh my Lord... thank you!

You people are alive! You have been resurrected from blogging death!! I was just thinking about you people the other day as I was jamming on my guitar (I was singin' Travis's version of Psalm something... my heart is steadfast o God/I will sing and make music with all my soul/awake harp and liar.... etc, etc!)

Anyway... GOD BLESS YOU PEOPLE!!!

I always appreciated the fact the you guys were so creative....supporting everyone's own religious beliefs, even though they may not match up to yours. I totally dig that!!!

benefits infared saunaInfrared light therapy is good for you due to the increased white blood cells improving your immune systems capabilities. Infrared heat is considered safe enough to keep newborn babies in hospitals warm shortly after being born. All you need is to push a button and the electric resistors heat up the stones in your sauna; that's how easy a sauna can be.
